Cancellation policy

You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within this period you will have to pay 50% of the appointment cost before being able to book back in. No shows or same day cancellations must pay 100%.

If you think you will be late please let me know as soon as possible. I allow a 10 minute grace period or I will be unable to carry out the treatment, charges will apply.
